High cost for single unit: Compared to traditional big order printing, the printing cost of single cardboard box is higher.

Main components and working process
Normally, a common carton box printing machine include following main components:
1. Paper feeding part: Automatically feed the flat corrugated cardboard into the machine piece by piece.
2. Printing part: The main part. Usually have 2-4 or even more printing units, each unit responsible for one printing color. Including ink tank, mesh roller, plate cylinder, etc.
3. Slotting part: Use a sharp blade, cut out the slots on the cardboard that will form the openings for the box lid and bottom when folded.
4. Die cutting part: If the cardboard box need special shapes, we can use a mold for punching.
5. Stacking output part: Sort and stack the finished cardboard neatly, preparing for coming nailing or gluing process.
