Construction of Machines
A "Gear Drive" top printing and mobile architecture device is the TOPRA GD. Up to six print units, a dwell unit, a slotting unit, a rotary die-cutting unit, a folding section, and a counter ejector can be installed on the machine.
The feeder is a Sun lead edge feeder, and it contains a vacuum box and sheet cleaner to ensure that the sheet feeds steadily into the first print unit.
Through a sequence of ceramic-coated wheels, the sheet is vacuum-transferred through the machine.

Print Quality
The TOPRA GD is capable of producing high-quality prints. You can customize the engravings on the ceramic anilox roll to your liking. Rubber rolls are a possibility, and ink is supplied via either chambered or single doctor blade metering. The ink is supplied using a dual pump system that includes a pneumatic diaphragm return and a peristalsis supply pump. With a tolerance of ± 0.5mm from the first to the last print unit, the print registration is outstanding.

Creasing and Slotting
The degree of personalization offered in the slotting portion is one of the most intriguing aspects of the TOPRA GD. For paper grades that are challenging to crease, we may provide you with either a regular unit or a dual creasing shaft unit. The dual slotting shaft system driven by servos is one of the most recent developments. Because one shaft is assigned to the leading edge and the other to the back edge, this system eliminates the need to transfer knives in and out of the machine between tasks. The servo dual shaft slotting section's ability to handle the machine's entire extended skip feed length is another distinctive feature.

Gluing and Folding
Upgrading to the TOPRA GD has significant advantages in this area as well. To prevent fish tailing, the machine's folding part has servo-driven independent belts in the last segment. Additionally, we used a set of lugs against which the crease is made; these lugs' profiles vary along the machine's length, giving us extremely square boxes.

Every driving gear has been honed and toughened.
For safe operation, all of the machine's units can be separated manually or automatically, and an audible alarm will sound when the machine opens and closes.
