In the modern packaging industry, the transformation from corrugated cardboard to finished carton box is a highly automatic and precise process. Corrugated cardboard is usually made by bonding surface paper, inner paper, and wavy core paper, it's structure provides the cardboard box with excellent compressive strength and cushioning performance. The quality control at this raw-material stage directly determines the reliability and efficiency of subsequent carton-box packaging.

1. The first step is the cutting and scoring of the cardboard. Rolls or sheets of corrugated cardboard are fed into the paper-separating and creasing machine, it cut longitudinally according to the design dimensions and press out the fold lines. This step lays the foundation for subsequent shaping, ensure that every piece of cardboard can be precisely folded into a box shape, so, it will ensuring dimensional uniformity during the carton box packing stage.

2. Next, we will enter the printing and slotting process. After printing logos, warning labels, and other graphics onto the surface of corrugated cardboard, the slotting machine cuts out the contours of the box lid, box bottom, and swing lid. The slotting accuracy directly affects the sealing performance of the cardboard box after forming, it is a key point to prevent the goods from scattering during the carton box packing process.

3. On the die-cutting and box gluing/nailing process, for irregular or high-precision cardboard boxes,  the die-cutting machine punches and cuts to the corrugated cardboard, standard box structures are joined using a box gluing machine or a box nailing machine. At this point, the flat cardboard has officially transformed into a three-dimensional cardboard box, and it also providing a directly usable container for carton box packing.

After molding, the carton box must make compression, burst strength, and drop tests, to verify whether it meets the strength requirements for carton box packaging. Qualified cartons are folded and packed, then stacked and stored for eventual delivery to users across various industries, therefore, it accomplish the process from corrugated cardboard to finished carton box packaging.
