How to  Maintenance for Dongfang Bottom Printing Slotter Die Cutter machine ?

Follow are step :

when you operation machine ,we need  give machine a good maintenance schedule is critical for ensuring the Dongfang Bottom Printing Slotter Die Cutter's precision, longevity, and safe operation. means systematic daily, weekly, and monthly plan must be followed. **Always disconnect power and lockout/tagout before any maintenance.**

Following is Daily Duties (Pre/Post-Shift):
step one Inspection:** Visually check for loose bolts, hydraulic leaks, and damaged electrical cables. Verify all safety guards and emergency stop buttons function perfectly.
step two : Cleaning:** Thoroughly clean the entire machine. and Remove all dust, paper debris, with  excess ink from the feeding table, conveyor belts, printing units, slotting heads, and die-cutting station. Use appropriate cleaners for inked rollers.
step three : Lubrication:** Apply specified lubricating oil to all visible guide rails, chains, and bearing points as per the manual's lubrication chart. Wipe away excess.

step 1. **Detailed Lubrication:** Grease all gearboxes, central shafts, and pivot points. and Check and top up hydraulic oil levels if applicable.
step 2. **System Checks:** Inspect the alignment and wear of critical components. so it is  includes checking anilox and plate roller pressures, verifying the sharpness and alignment of slotting knives and creasing rules, and examining the die-cutting cylinder or platen for damage.
step 3. **Drive System:** Check belt and chain tension, adjusting as necessary. Inspect motor couplings and brakes for proper operation.
step 4. **Air System (if equipped):** Drain moisture from air filters and regulators. Check for leaks and ensure pneumatic pressure is stable.

**Record Keeping & Professional Service:**
Maintain a detailed logbook for all maintenance actions. Schedule and perform a comprehensive inspection by a qualified technician at least **annually**. This should include a full electrical system diagnostic, deep calibration of all registration systems, and replacement of worn consumables like worn gripper bars or old seals. Never ignore unusual vibrations, sounds, or a decline in print/slotting quality, as these are early failure warnings.
