In everyday production, raising the carton printing machine's printing quality is essential to meeting consumer demand as well as increasing the competitiveness of the product. What steps should be taken to enhance printing quality in day-to-day production?
Scraping off extra ink is typically required during operation. The hardness, height, and angle of the hanging position must be appropriately adjusted while in use if a knife line develops and the ink is clean.
The amount of ink will vary depending on how firm the rubber roller material is. There is less ink when the rubber roller material is hard, and more ink when the rubber roller material is soft. When the rubber roller's pressure is low, there is less ink; conversely, when the pressure is high, there is more ink. When the printing speed is slow, the embossing roller material must be soft; when the printing plate pattern is shallow, the material must be hard.
Regular solvent additions and measurements are required to maintain the carton printing machine's ink viscosity. Lin Lei and ink sticks are used to circulate the ink, and new and old inks should be combined proportionately. Composite solvents can also be employed to prevent ink composition imbalance, precipitation, and anti-coarseness.
Instead of heating, hot air is used to dry the ink. It is more difficult for the ink to dry on printed materials at higher temperatures. An excessively high temperature will result in a coating forming on the ink surface, which will prevent the interior from drying. Furthermore, the ink's high-boiling point solvent will linger after the low-boiling point solvent prematurely evaporates, slowing down the drying process. The drying oven's temperature needs to be kept between 40 and 50 degrees. Direct blowing of air onto the film and direct baking of the film surface are not possible. Maintaining adequate ventilation is essential.
