1. Each color group operates in unison when the printing slotter die-cutting machine's printing power is transferred from the main motor to the reducer of each unit. The gearbox needs to be well maintained in order to make the overprint steady. One of the most important parts of the complete printer is the reducer. When starting the machine, pay attention to the oil temperature and volume. To avoid damage, do not start the machine at a fast pace without stability.
2. The roller and scraper finish the ink balance. The anilox roller's ink supply is precise and dependable. There is a ceramic roller with a laser-engraved ceramic coating on the bottom that meets strict specifications for hardness, form, position, surface roughness, and corrosion resistance. Take extra care when using this roller to avoid bumps, insist on cleaning, avoid clogging the ink, and clean it right away after printing.
3. The anilox roller transfers ink precisely. The number of lines per inch determines how much ink is deposited. Less ink is used when there are more lines and pits. More ink is used when there are fewer lines and pits. For screen printing, choose a high line number and low ink; for solid printing, choose a low line number and large ink.
4. The purpose of the scraper is to provide a consistent flow of ink to the printing plate. An anilox roller is used to press the ink, which turns both slowly and quickly, after it has been transferred using a rubber roller if a scraper is not needed. With more ink for quick changes and less for gradual ones, the anilox roller's ink content fluctuates substantially. Consequently, the print slotter die-cutting machine is equipped with a scraper.
No matter how quickly the machine operates, the amount of ink that is transferred from the anilox roller to the printing plate through the scraper is restricted to the amount that is stored in the anilox roller hole. This ensures that there is always an adequate amount of ink on the printing plate.
