2.2.1 Guidelines for Operation


① Functioning Flow Plate Hanging:

② Hanging Plates:

For ease of use, the printing plate cylinder needs to be lifted before the plate is hung. Every unit has a pull-cord switch for safety.

The unit's motor loses power when the safety pull-cord switch is pulled.

A plate hanging switch and an inching switch are the two adjustment switches. These make operation exceedingly convenient by controlling the printing rollers' forward and backward motion. Before hanging the plate for inching, the plate hanging mechanism must be opened.

● Make sure the orientation is proper before pressing the printing plate's pressure bar into the plate mounting slot. Next, turn the printing roller one revolution by stepping on the foot switch. The other pressure bar should then be inserted into the roll groove.

● To clamp the printing plate, turn the hexagonal head using a wrench. The roller won't descend and an alarm will sound if the wrench isn't put back in its original place after mounting.

● Because the printing roller's axial adjustment range is just 15mm, the center lines of all components must line up while mounting the plate. The plate needs to be remounted if this limit is exceeded.
