1、 Paper feeding unit
It is the beginning part for this machine, it reponsible to put the corrugated cardboard into the machine piece by piece, smoothly and correctly.

3、 Slotted unit
Used to cut vertical groove lines on cardboard for easy folding and shaping of cardboard boxes.

4、 Die cutting unit
Used for cutting complex shapes other than standard slots, such as irregular holes, handle holes, etc. According to different principles, there are mainly two types:
Flat die cutting:
Working principle: Similar to "stamping", a flat plate with a knife mold installed is pressed vertically with a fixed flat plate to complete die-cutting.
Features: High pressure, high precision, but usually low production efficiency, suitable for small batches or fine products.
Circular die cutting:
Working principle: It is a standard configuration for high-speed production lines. A die-cutting drum equipped with an arc-shaped die and an anvil drum (usually solid or with a protective layer) rotate towards each other, continuously completing die-cutting during the "line contact" process.
Features: Fast speed, high efficiency, very suitable for large-scale production.
5、 Waste cleaning and stacking unit
After die-cutting or slotting, the waste on the cardboard needs to be removed and the finished cardboard stacked neatly.
Waste cleaning section:
Traction belt/waste cleaning rod: During the conveying process, most of the waste is pulled apart by the tension of the paper.
Waste extraction system: A powerful fan sucks away the separated waste debris through pipelines to keep the production line clean.
Stacking section:
Delivery stand: a platform with counting and automatic descent functions, used to receive and stack processed cardboard.
Paper alignment mechanism: Ensure that the stacked cardboard is neat and orderly.
6、 Transmission and Control System
This is the 'brain' and 'heart' of the entire device, ensuring that each unit works in coordination and synchronization.
Transmission system: usually composed of a high-power main motor, gears, chains, etc., providing power for all rollers and shafts.
Control system: The core consists of industrial computer (PLC/CNC) and human-machine interaction interface (HMI touch screen). Operators use it to set parameters for printing, slotting, and die-cutting, control production speed, and perform fine adjustments to register accuracy. Modern high-end equipment also has functions such as data storage and remote diagnosis.
