Paper cutting and creasing machine: specifically used for longitudinal cutting and creasing of cardboard. The automation model use PLC control, which can improve process efficiency by more than 30%.
Computerized longitudinal/transverse cutting machine: precise cutting on the cardboard production line: the longitudinal cutting machine determines the width and longitudinal indentation of the cardboard; The cross cutting machine cuts continuous cardboard to a fixed length.
3. Folding molding

Nail box machine: Another way of joining together, using nails to join box blanks into boxes. Usually used for cardboard boxes that are thicker or have any other special requirements for adhesives.
4. Packing part
Automatic boxing/sealing machine: used for product packing and carton bottom/cover sealing, which can complete cardboard box forming, product boxing, and sealing by one machine, the speed can reach to 10 boxes per minute.
Packing machine: Bundle sealed cardboard boxes for easy transportation and storage.

How to choose a correct equipment?
The selection of equipment will depend on your production scale, product positioning, and investment budget. You can refer to follow points:
1.Start up or small cardboard box factories: may not be able to invest in fully automated whole lines. You can buy ready-made corrugated cardboard+semi-automatic printing slotting machine+semi-automatic nail box machine/glue box machine. This will reduce initial investment and focus on the processing stage.
2.Medium to large professional cardboard box factories: The main point is you need to have your own corrugated cardboard production line.
3.Width: determines the maximum cardboard box size you can produce. Common types include 1.6 meters, 2.2 meters, 2.5 meters, 2.8 meters, etc.
4.Speed and automation level: based on order structure and scale. If the orders are messy and frequently changed, priority should be given to equipping the tile line with a fast order switching system (such as computer slitting and cross cutting machines) and a production management system.
5.Corrugated type combination: The equipment needs to be able to produce the corrugated types (such as B, C, BC, EB, etc.) and layers (three layers, five layers, seven layers) required by your target market.
